“Water, water everywhere, nor any drop to drink,” wrote Samuel Coleridge in The Rime of the Ancient Mariner.
His fictional, forsaken mariner was surrounded by water, but unable to benefit from it.

In today’s world, education can sometimes seem like that, too. Never in human history has there been so much knowledge and so many ways to access it. But when it comes to formal instruction, there can be a multitude of barriers that keep the most talented students from reaching their potential.

Financial considerations are chief among these obstacles. At Canadian Water Savings, we want to do something about that, especially for students interested in pursuing engineering or environmental studies.

When it comes to building a financial foundation to achieve your educational goals, we want to become part of your success story.
That is why we established a scholarship program focused on undergraduate and graduate education. The fund’s cash awards of $1,000 for and $2,000 are modest, but in today’s academic environment, every drop can become part of a mighty stream of opportunity.

The Canadian Water Scholarship rewards a passion for learning, making it possible for gifted students to develop their talents fully and afford the professional training that will unleash their potential, fulfill their dreams — and improve our world.
